We had a new fireplace fitted in August and we are really pleased with it and the service we received. After shopping around we were very impressed with their prices and the service from Michelle and Steve. After taking out our existing fireplace ourselves Steve boxed in a new chimney breast, fitted a Limestone fireplace and gas fire. The end result is perfect and exactly what we wanted. I would certainly recommend them.

We had a new inset balanced flue gas fire and limestone surround installed, as we do not have a chimney, We were so impressed by everything about this family run company. The friendly informed advice in the extensive showroom at Pool, the speed of installation, the expert workmanship and how everything was left clean and tidy, including the old surround, rubble and gas fire being taken away. Would highly recommend this local company.

Although I was looking for a replacement gas fire (mine condemned by British Gas) I was impressed by the Fireplace and Stove Centre itself, a splendid array of fires,both gas and electric. But what caught my eye was the multi fuel woodburning stoves on display as well as the knowledge of the staff who were able to point me in the right direction after I showed interest in an unsuitable stove! So if you need warming up and you are a discerning buyer then take a look at the Fire Place and Stove Centre.
