Losing a relative is such a difficult time for any family. I cannot thank Carol and her team enough for their wonderful and compassionate support they showed us during this difficult time. (With both our loss and the pandemic) They did all they could to make my Grandma’s service such a personal and respectful experience. Although this is clearly something they do everyday they made us feel like we were the first and only family they were dealing with. This made the whole experience truly personal and very special. Thank you for making a very difficult time a little easier.

This company is disgusting I found out my father had passed away severel month's ago, they wouldn't release any information to me regarding my dad because they didn't know who I was so I offered to send my birth cirtificate with my father's name on it as well as my passport and driving licence but got 2 quite ignorant women one of which was Carol the director of redscar funeral home, never would I recommend this company absolute disgrace
