I used Red Star for my home inspection and for an additional re-inspection after the recent freeze in Houston. Devin was on time, professional, thorough and attentive. I was extremely impressed with how quickly I was able to schedule, get the inspection done and the turnaround time on the report. He didn't miss a thing! We had a great experience with RedStar. Christian was our inspector for a home we are purchasing in Sugar Land. He was extremely thorough, professional, and developed a top notch report complete with a virtual tour that allows you to walk through the home online and pinpoint the items he highlighted. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave great advice on things I might specifically want to inquire about with the seller. Altogether, I was very impressed with the inspection work and documentation delivered by Christian and RedStar. I will definitely reach out to them the next time I ever have any home inspection needs.

This is our sixth home to purchase. We used RedStar on another home we wanted but the very thorough inspection report revealed some major issues with the house. So when we found our next house, we used RedStar again. We had a different inspector this go-round but he was just as professional as the first. I am amazed at the technology they use to evaluate a home. BUT, the biggest reason I would recommend RedStar is that both inspectors (this home and the one we didn't purchase) took so much time with us at the end of the inspection. I really felt like they cared that we understood the issues with the home and answered all our questions. Not rushed. Would highly recommend them.

Nick did a fantastic job for us! He was thorough and SUPER kind and walked us through the issues he found which was SO much better than just seeing the report. Plus their system is great and lets you see videos and pics and a virtual walkthrough of the inspection findings instead of just a bunch of note. Thanks Nick!
