Love staying here! I have renewed twice so far. The front office responds quickly to any requests or emails. The maintenance staff also responds quickly to fix any issues with the apartment. It is quiet and gated, which is what drew me to sign a lease here in the first place!

Great place to live! Like how close it is to campus and how reliable the shuttle is. The maintenance team is really nice and gets service requests done quick. If I wasn't graduating and leaving Columbia I would have renewed and stayed another year!

Lived here for over 2 years. Just wanted to say how great of an experience it was. Everything was maintained very well and if I ever needed anything the maintenance people were very responsive and helpful every step of the way. Definitely recommend living here.

I have lived here for the past 2 years and I’m going on my 3rd year. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience with living here. There have been a few hiccups here and there with management but it has been smooth sailing the past couple of months. I really like the new management and staff down in the office. Any issues get fixed quickly by maintenance with no major issues. I am excited for everything that’s planned for my last year living here and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live.
