Working with Reese Custom homes was an absolute horrible experience. Our brand new house flooded 3 times from three different places. The home wasn't built to federal code. 2 years later we are still finding problems caused by poor workmanship and penny saving shortcuts.

There was no fire blocking around our wood stove or in the chimney 2 years following construction by RCH. Just raw insulation touching the pipes. Luckily, an inspector found the issue and we paid another company to reconstruct our chimney so our family didn't perish in a house fire.
