Mike was so helpful and really took care of me. This was my first time buying a car and he made the process so open and honest that I felt very secure going forward with the transaction. He was very responsive to all my concerns and had anything I needed fixed, fixed. I am so grateful to him and his brother for being there if I had any issues with the car and were willing to help fix absolutely anything that could go awry. You will not find this quality of customer service anywhere in the valley and I truly recommend them to all customers. Very friendly and accomodating! I called to inquire about a part just a few minutes prior to closing. They answered all my questions efficiently and went above and beyond as to sent photos of the part to ensure satisfaction. Arranging a pickup was also smooth as they're very easy to work with and were kind enough to hold the part without any method of payment. When I arrived the following day, I was greeted without even having to introduce myself! They were well organized and remembered their customer interactions.
