I can’t recommend Rashieda enough. I have always struggled with bad calf pain when I go running and felt like I had tried everything until I came across Rashieda’s reflexology. Not only was the treatment very relaxing but I have been on 2 runs since and I haven’t had any calf pain. I will definitely be booking again and making reflexology a regular treatment.
