accurate, on time, clean, neat, professional and courteous. and more than competitively priced. The best appliance service company i have ever used.. completed the job on our refrigerator in less than 24 hours, including ordering parts overnight. Their competitor had worked on this issue for more than two weeks and still has not called to finish the job. I recommend Refriganmar and Alberto highly and they will always have our business as they know how to get the job done !

Yesterday, Luis came to fix my Sub-Zero fridge that has been broken on and off for months. He fixed it, cleaned up and put everything back together nicely. Now I will be using Refrigianmar whenever I have an issue with my appliances. They are a great company with great customer service and I would highly recommend them if you have high end appliances that they service.

So far, I am on my 4th call to report the same problem with my Bosch washing machine - stopped mid-cycle, clothes inside with soapy water and door won’t open. Paid the service call, got estimate for “ necessary” new part good for 2 weeks; 2 1/2 weeks later, same problem, got new part but no credit for service call (past the limit!). 2 weeks later, same problem - technicians got it running again but no answer as to what was wrong. And now, 3 days later, same problem! Obviously, the problem has not been correctly diagnosed. They are going to remove it to diagnose in 2 days (of course it’s the weekend) - my level of frustration is very high at the moment. Stay tuned for update.

Contacted this company to repair a range that got damaged by a power surge explained the technician that this was for an insurance claim he said it was fine the job was completed and they got paid . After a month the insurance sent me a form that needs to be filled by them got this reply. We can't fill this out because I don't know if the damage was because of a power surge. Are you kidding that was the first thing I told you before you did the job

Excellent service! The technician was very friendly and fixed my Miele dishwasher. The dishwasher had a damaged drain pump and it was resolved quickly. Thank you refrigianmar! Will definitely recommend

Ripoff!! Called them for an estimate to repair my viking hood. Was told that the part was very expensive and was quoted 950 for the repair. When I told the technician it was to much, he called his boss and they said they would come down to 725. Thats when I know I was being way over charged. Called a different company that came out and fixed the hood for 350!! The parts where 65!. I called refri Gianmar and complained, and said I wanted them to refund me the 75 service charge but never heard back from the boss. Dishonest and rude! Stay away!
