Needed an obsolete solenoid valve for my Maytag fridge. Very helpful on the phone and traced the part in minutes. They rang the next day to advise in stock. Fitted in minutes and working perfectly. highly recommended.

Poor service and a bad attitude. Am a trade customer, purchased an oven element previously - fine, no problems. Given trade price if paid on debit card. Same product two weeks later was told I can't have trade price even though I am a trade customer and had to pay over twice the price for the same product. The guy serving was rude and had a bad attitude and wasn't interested in opening me a trade account. I always try and support local business and luckily I have found another local supplier who are friendly, helpful and not trying to rip me off. Regam can obviously afford to turn business away!
