Steve, came on time, very professional and knowledgeable about the cleaning process. He did not mind that I asked to check each room cleaned after it was finished. The price was reasonable . The end result is GREAT! I will definitely use Regency to clean my carpets in the future.

I've used Regency before to clean my carpets (they do an excellent job) and just had them pressure-wash my pathway and terrace -- I cannot believe the difference as you can see! Absolutely fantastic, and as ever the team were a pleasure to deal with.

I wanted to get a couple of small carpets, curtains and sofa cleaned. Simon was very courteous and we had a video call where I showed him the actual stuff that needed cleaning. Based on our call he said it's an around 3 hours job and would cost 250. I accepted. Further, we received the cleaner Simon sent to our place and he did an acceptable job. The reason I'm giving 3-stars is that the cleaner took exactly 1 hour to do his job it took him 20ish minutes to find the parking (I paid for the parking separately). I think I was misled about the effort the job would take and believe 250 VAT was a bit too much for the work. I already raised this with Simon on email a week ago but didn't receive any response hence the rather lengthy review here. I'd advise prospective customers to really understand what they are paying for.

I have 8 upholstered dining chairs - 10 years old - look like new. Stair carpets look lovely. Sofa looks so much better . What I like is that this company will be very very honest about the results they can achieve. Very professional - lovely polite people to have in the house. Have used 3 times before for carpets ( one was a rental flat in between properties and even with 3 adults and 2 dogs we got all our deposit back. ) I think their prices are very reasonable for the quality of the service and advice. I shall be using them again.

I had 6 dining room chairs and a super king head board cleaned . Very impressed from start to finish. The gentleman who came to quote was smartly dressed , efficient and proffesional. The next week a friendly chap came to carry out the job, he worked hard to get the best results. I am very pleased and would recommend this company and certainly return for other cleaning jobs.
