I have had several family members and friends come here for help after accidents in their life. The staff at Regency has done great work caring for them and providing rehab to get them back home. When we were able to visit it was easy to tell that all the staff took an interest in the patient’s recovery, from the nurses and therapist to housekeeping. It is a nice little facility, tucked away at the end of a cul de sac off of Route 17 in Grafton. I do recommend this facility if you have someone in your life that needs extra help after being in a hospital.

Family like environment! Very hands on and great with patients and families. Never have to worry about any issues for the staff always update me with everything.

I have been at this facility twice for rehab, the staff have done a good job both times by making me feel at home and welcome, encouraging me, and getting me back home. I like doing therapy here when I need to.

Not impressed. When my husband was brought to his room the bathroom was nasty. I complained 3 times before eventually hours later it was cleaned. The room temperature was high and the thermostat didn't do anything. My husband had to go back to the hospital the same day. The paramedics had a very difficult time lifting him out of the bed because he was sunk 6 inches into the bed. I might understand that if my husband was 500lbs but he is not he is 285lbs. It was the last bed and they planned to try and get him to a room closer the rehab the next day which might have been better but we didn't get chance to find out but wont be going back after the experience.
