I confirm to all the negative reviews being posted here. Rather than analyzing the problem and giving a right feedback, the only attempt made here is to change the part completely which would cost am insane amount of money. More than customer wishes, high emphasis is laid on selling the costliest product/services. I personally regret the decision of leasing from this dealership.

Service soweit in Ordnung und Mitarbeiter recht freundlich, aber leider zum wiederholten Male ein dreckiges Leihauto mit fehlendem Wischwasser, Öl o.Ä bekommen - es wird sich zwar jedes Mal vom Mitarbeiter entschuldigt, aber irgendwie hat man das Gefühl, dass das der Standard ist. Für mich leider nicht der BMW-Standard.
