This physical location has always been D R Horton. This is where the design center is located. Front desk staff, Nychole, Britt (CPI), and Thomas (at Coddle Creek have all been awesome to work with! Also, the ladies of DR Horton like to wear really nice high heels...I didn’t complain.

Moved into Primmrose in October and one tree in my yard never grew leaves. My yard man looked at it and said it was dead. Contacted the landscaping company and they said 300.00 to replace it. I told him it never grrw leaves so it must have been bad when planted. He said it couldn't have passed inspections if it was dead. I really don't think they pulled a limb to determine if it was already dead or dying. If I had to do it again I would never buy a Regent home.

Bought a home this year, seller is Angela Wetheral, likely spouse of the five star rating below. Homes are very standard builders grade. There are some lies, such as spray foam used in attic space for insulation. The biggest issue is they are hiring sub par workers who are unprofessional and likely learning on the job. There is trash on building sites, piles of debri left every where and they are not responding to 30 day warranty requests. Also my home was broken into 8 days after we closed. I've had a leaking roof and half of my yard is eroding with no response from the building supervisor Jeff his boss Patrick or someone who responded on behalf of regent homes to apologize, but didn't help either. I wouldn't purchase if had to do over again.
