Terrible GP Surgery, I recommend the other one in the Stonehouse area. Vastly superior in help and appointment times are much quicker.

I have been a patient of Regent Street for well over 15 years. I have complex health issues, all of which are covered here. The staff from reception, pharmacy, Nurse & Doctors are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Should you have an emergency you will be seen that day - although you may have to wait in the waiting area for up to 15mins. You can also book appointments, request medication, check your health record online - I would recommend emailing the Practice manager to get your id & password to set this up on your computer/tablet etc. There are several groups that can be contacted via boards on the waiting area wall & Regent Street has a PPG (Patient Participation Group) as required by the NHS. As a patient you are already a member, but it is up to you should you wish to attend a meeting to discover why we need a PPG. We need to raise funds for items such as extra BP machines for patients to take home (to reduce the effect of \White Coat\ syndrome). I can recommend this Doctors Practice as one of the best in the area. Patients who live more than 1 mile away from the Centre of Stonehouse can also get their medications from the Pharmacist inside the Practice. If I could give more stars I would.
