I had ordered a 3d printer from Amazon for my business. We are closed Mondays and usually couriers see the bright green sign on the door stating our hours. When parcels arrive on a Monday, they are usually put back on the truck and brought back the next day. But not today. Today, it was left on Albert Street unattended. Needless to say by the time I got the email notification and rushed to the store, it was gone. I called Dynamex and was told it wasn't their problem and to call Amazon. They sent me a picture of my parcel on the ground outside my door in front of my closed store, with no lights and a locked door. Horrible service and very unprofessional.

I have received tens of packages from Amazon delivered by Dynamex. In a detached house or in a condo Building and every time it was perfectly delivered as expected. Great services so far with absolutely no complains.
Never got my package, called them to ask if they had it. Nope, just gone somehow and apparently this is not the first time for anybody who happened to have the misfortune of having Dynamex as their delivery service. If you see this company pop up on your order, contact the company and ask for them to use someone more reliable. FYI: I was also told the drivers are under no obligation to knock on the door, call you, or leave a note. Awful service, if I pay for express shipping it is because I want/need the items in the time I paid for them to be here. I wish Regina had better choices than purolator and dynamex for delivery.
Absolutely terrible service: - can't schedule location pickups - order is sent back after just 3 days - I can't pickup my own order from the warehouse..... (internal screaming) - Absolutely no log of when driver is out for delivery - warehouse is only open until 5pm WHICH IS WORK HOURS FOR EVERYONE
I have had trouble before with trying to get my parcel from this company, so this recent time when amazon told me that my parcel is going to be delivered through them, I called them to give very specific instructions as to which number to call, when to deliver, etc. The guy who answered assured me that my parcel was going to be delivered the same day before 9pm. So I waited. NO ONE CALLED, NO ONE CAME. NO PARCEL DELIVERED, NOT EVEN A NOTE. So I called, but their office is closed. I called again the next day, no one answered the phone, apparently it was a Saturday so they don't have anyone at their office. On Sunday I checked my amazon again and it says that my parcel is BEING RETURNED!!! IT HAD ONLY BEEN 2 days since it was here! I did not know ANY OTHER delivery company which does not leave delivery notes or wait for a full week before returning a parcel to the seller. Why does this company even exist? Obviously no one there cares about their customers. Please stop using this company's service and support other delivery companies. This one does not deserve your time, your money or any trust.
Don't care who is at fault... Don't care where... Somewhere my package was destroyed by Dynamex and wasn't delivered. Thanks for the heads up Dynamex, days after it was supposed to be delivered. Thanks that I now have to wait days for it to Maybe be delivered by you again. Not only that, I now have to pay double until and wait days for a refund. Keep up the good work.
Not professional at all. Do very little work in regarding customers issues. Always have problems with them. Would not recommended.
Fast unload and they let me sleep in the yard at night the few times I’ve been there. Thanks guys.
