New Day

I love the fact they know about me showing care for a person. Every visit while there I know is going to happen, it's explained and the few times I've needed more work they always made it comfort removing those dental fears. Dr. Noah I believe stays up to date with dental knowledge. Each of his staff really make it a comfortable visit and always have humor. I ignored dental work a long time, I feel caught up now. I wish my grandkids used him so they would not mind going to a dentist. They would bit live 100's of miles away.

If I could rate them 1star I would. They have horrible customer service. I have been calling for a month now trying to get a copy of my X-rays and treatment plan from my last visit. It took DAYS of calling for them to even answer my phone call. Twice they said they would email them over, but I never received them. The third time someone actually answered my call, she said that the couldn’t give me either. They are my X-rays and my treatment plan mind you. She spoke over me the whole conversation and would not listen to my concerns. I then addressed her about the PPE Bill I received in the mail. The clinicians at my visit were not wearing a N95, safety shield, ect. That is fine that they weren’t wearing extra gear, just don’t charge me for something they aren’t wearing! I would have been slightly more willing to pay the PPE charge and go back for treatment if the receptionist I spoke with would have listened to my concerns or wouldn’t have talked over me the entire conversation. I won’t go back and you shouldn’t either!

This dental company has a Tulsa midtown office and this one, the staff is friendly but the work the dentist does and the misdiagnosis of problems is unacceptable, took going to a new dentist to find out that for two years they did not diagnose my spouse correctly! Do not go to this dentist!

Dr. Noah does amazing work! But his staff person Becky can’t seem to get the billing correct. In April I was told I was paid in full, then the bills started coming in, first 331, oops a little hiccup was Becky’s response. Then 300 more, then that was taken off. Now in addition to be paid in full is another 445. This is not what I expected from the office, she does a lot of damage to his reputation. So 1800 paid in full and now another 800 with no one listening. Dr. Noah is doing a great job but Becky seems clueless, the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing as far as billing goes.

My whole family uses Dr.Noah. We love his practice and all his staff, never have had any issues. Always able to accommodate for appointments. We love that they are open late on Tuesday's. Never have I ever felt pressured into a procedure that I didn't feel comfortable with. I love that Dr.Noah is able to perform the procedures himself instead of me having to go somewhere else. Highly recommended!

After an adult orthodontic consult with Dr Noah, I knew I was in the right place. The care you receive from the moment you walk in the door is top notch. The staff is amazing!! Dr Noah is very attentive and thorough with his patients. I never feel rushed and he always takes time to answer questions. My husband and kids have now started going there as well.

They never let me go back with my kids. We spend a lot of time waiting for the dentist. They wanted to do a lot of work on my son's tooth before fixing his chip - 2 hours worth of work that couldn't be done for 2 weeks. I took him to another dentist for a second opinion and he fixed it the same day without all the stuff they wanted to do. The staff is friendly, I just don't agree with all the work they say needs to be done. Don't be afraid to get a second opinion.

Easy to get into, have never "oversold" me on work that needed to be done. They were my second opinion when we first went to them and told me very little of what the first dentist said actually needed done. They offer sedation which is crucial for me to have anything done.
