Efficient staff. Ambience bad. No air-conditioning. Very small place. Too much congestion. No toilets. No drinking water facilities. You need an agent to get your work done.

Hi, as a 8 star Google Local Guide, I know my reviews and photos are being followed by lots and lots of people around the world. And based on my reviews I have seen many people taking decisions. So for me 100% honest review is everything. And it is the same case with my this review. So let's start digging into it and please read it till the end as to how my overall experience was, since stars are significant but in depth review makes things crystal clear for all my readers. It was good, won't call it exceptional. Because it has no car parking area. This place is located just next to goregaon station and walking distance but if you have car then you will have hard time finding parking, since it's a one way lane. Reason for not giving 5 stars is simply because of the name and the way they have setup the whole infrastructure. Government can do a lot to improvise and give good customer experience. This place has the waiting area which is a good thing alongside it also had the TV which broadcasts live news. Great for the people who don't want to get bored with the official work and timing for waiting. So overall I am no one to suggest to come to this place, since if you have the official property work you will have to work on it. Carry your water to drink because you may need to wait extensively till your turn comes and be prepared to stay in hot afternoon ...no air-conditioning in waiting area...

it is sub registration offie for Borivali taluka.. one come here for registration of new house or renting house. The process is lengthy. if u come here directly it will take so much time to proceed. so better to take help of agents which will save your time but will take your money. there is no fix rate but every agent having same rates. personally i dont like such kinda place. Its in narrow lane so thing before drive with car.
