I cannot say enough good things about the vet/staff here. They worked so hard even on an already extremely busy day to get my dogs emergency surgery done as quickly as they could. They were up front about everything including cost and future cost of any visits. Great bedside manners which is super helpful when you are already freaked out. The entire clinic and staff are 5 star and my dog is healing nicely at home now.

I have two dogs. A lab mix and a great day. My lab mix hates her nails done but is always fine when the vet does them. She also loves to go there and loves everybody there. They are always so nice and decently priced. It's always so nice inside too. Been going there for a couple of years now and actually moved based on where they are. I lived in an apartment complex for a year and went to them during that time. When I moved from the complex I made sure I stayed close to one of their offices. The dog pictured is my lab mix named Roxy. She was in for a double ear infection. Something she gets often. Their cleanser and medicine always work. I 100% recommend this vet.
Dr. Regner certainly seems nice and all, but I was a little taken back a few years ago when the clinic was still located out on Hwy. 50 and they had a sign out front that advertised getting your pets \vaccinated against Lyme Disease\. Lyme disease is caused by a specific bacteria, not a virus. You can't 'vaccinate' against bacteria. I know most Western medical doctors are all on the take with Big Pharma as far as making a commission by pushing those phony flu vaccines on us every year, but NOW the veterinarians are playing along with that money-making sham too?
Was told that even if it is snowing and icy there is a 25.00 cancelation charge that would not be waived despite having a disability and using crutches. So disgusted at the lack of compassion for people's safety and disabling conditions. It's all about money for this vet and always has been.
