This is a great place to work, the building really has been upgraded especially the lounge area with the booths. The receptionist Lucinda is a real asset

Great affordable office space, freindly front of house staff, nothing is to much trouble.

(Receptionists, Maria & Stevie, are excellent, but way overstretched.) Otherwise, forget it signing up here. The Regus management promise the world when you sign up for a serviced office. Then they invoice for anything & everything, and from that point on the \service\ disappears. Management quite literally disappear and switch their phone off when there is a problem. Stifled to death in the summer (yes EVERY summer) by faulty air con? Tough! Want to park outside your office? Don't be daft - we've sold those spaces to someone else! Response from management - \Tough!

What a sham this place has become. Reception staff have no idea what they are doing, no one is there in the morning to let customers in for their meetings. Who is in charge? I couldn’t even get that out of the staff. The place went to the dogs when the manageress Emma left, now Lynda the only receptionist they had left with any people skills has gone too, good luck to you all. Serviced office requires service! Why get rid of the old team and replace with these robots?

be carefull signing up for 12 months contract with this company.. they are very quick in sending invoices. in 2 months they issued 4 invoice to us. and even charge us for late payment. how can it be a late payment if it is direct debit.. and after we conplained they refunded as.. luckilly we did not signup for 12 months contract.. we only tried the rolling contract. we cancelled it.. as their communication is very poor it will take weeks before they respond.. to avoid headache. do not use this company. not recommended at all.,
