Unfortunately we cannot give a good review to this place. We were hoping to use it for physio as it is close to our home. We went in a month ago and filled out all the paperwork. When we got there the front desk clerk was on her cell phone which she stayed on the whole time we were there. She photocopied our doctor's recommended note and said someone would be in touch within a day or two. We called twice and left messages during working hours and never heard back. We went elsewhere that got us in 4 days after the phone call.

Great experience with Kids First physiotherapy and Laura Brunton who worked with our child. It is such a great experience that our other children are disappointed when they don't get to tag along to their siblings' appointment! Everyone is organized and professional. We did not have to wait long before getting in for our assessment and appointments are always geared around our schedules. We couldn't have a better experience here!

I want to give a special shout out and thank you to a group of amazing ladies who have put up with me for over a year now but are some of the strongest and most courageous ladies I know and push me to and beyond my limits.. Special thank you to my R.T. Kelsey, she helped me reach my potential when I first joined the clients at Rehab First and got me stuff I needed and been an amazing go between with the insurance company. My past and present counselors Val, Nicole and Nicole...thank you for being an ear and letting me vent on my really bad days and being there for me on my really good days as well as cheerleaders. Annie...thank you for pushing me in physio to get me back to my physical potential, also for becoming one of my best friends who is there for me no matter what!! (Even though you tried to kill me on the treadmill lol) Kara...again an amazing and strong woman who pushes me twice a week in the gym (and tortures/nearly kills me during workouts lol) but you have also become a best friend to me, who I can talk about everything going on in my life and shared many laughs together but you have been there in some of the roughest parts of my life. You are all amazing ladies and I am so grateful to have you be a part of my recovery and my life!! Happy International Women's Day to you all !!

I will not recommend to anyone for there unprofessional behaviour. Therapist come late and we can discount the charges but if you tell them you are late and would like to cancel the appointment they will charge you the cancellation fees. So rude
