We have always had issues of not enough hot water and heat due to a seemingly complex heating system for several years. All concerns have finally been resolved thanks to a highly experienced and competent company that takes the time to explain the underlying reasons and how to solve them!!!) Recently had Reid Brothers complete a yearly service our boiler and heating system. Very professional organization from start to finish. The guy who came to do the work was pleasant, informative on explaining the workings of the system, and transparent on replacement parts. We have been loyal customers of Reid Brothers for over 15 years and they have been lifesavers on MANY occasions. They have installed and serviced our IBC boiler and water storage tanks, provided emergency repairs for a broken water line and for several 'no heat' situations over the years, performed annual maintenance for our heating system and come on multiple occasions to clean clogged shower and sink drains. Each and every one of their service technicians has been friendly, professional and proficient in their work. We have even come to know and request some of the regulars (talking about you Paul:) who we enjoy catching up with when they visit for service calls. The service booking team is also always very friendly, and they always manage to squeeze us in if its urgent, and are able to accommodate and schedule regular maintenance service calls at our convenience. We feel fortunate to have such a reliable and trustworthy plumbing team just a phone call away and we highly recommend Reid Brothers for all of your plumbing and heating needs.

This was my first time using Reid Brothers and they surpassed initial positive reviews I had heard and read. They were quick to respond to my problem sending a representative who thoroughly completed heat system repair and maintenance while also taking the time and energy to patiently troubleshoot my home's heating operating system to ensure issues would not re-emerge. They completed tasks above and beyond the scope of service and I could not recommend their service more highly.
