After checking out numerous nurseries between Reigate and Betchworth we eventually chose to send our son here in 2017. 3 years later and we have to say goodbye to all the wonderful staff here as he's starting school. We'd like to specially thank Louise, Nicola, Keah, Lauren, Karen, Maria, Sam, Natalie, and everyone else who took care of our boy. You have all been so professional and attentive at all times, even through the challenging times of the Covid pandemic. We can't thank you enough, and have no doubt that you all gave him the best pre-school care we could have hoped for. Best Wishes, Matt and Kirsty

Our son was in this nursery for 2.5 days and during that time he suffered unexplained injuries which resulted in him being hospitalised and the nursery being closed down pending an investigation. If/when the nursery reopens I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere

My twins have been going here for a few weeks now. The staff are always so welcoming and involved in what the kids are doing. We feel happy leaving them there which is the most important thing. They are always doing new things and food is all cooked in house. They have better dinners than we do!

After taking my son for a trial day at bright horizons Reigate first thing we told them is he has a habit of picking things up of the floor and putting them in his mouth. 20mins later I looked round asking were is he. I looked round and saw him choking in the corner none of the staff saw him choking even after I told them about him always picking bits of the floor. Most of the kids there were ill and a couple of kids were very ill and should not have been there and interacting with other kids they was that ill. And to top it off two days later my son was rushed into a&e with bacterial pneumonia which he 100% caught from this nursery as he has not been in contact with any other kids or adults for at least a week.
