I have seen great improvements since I have started, Jack is friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere in the gym is amazing. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been training with Jack twice a week for three months and the results have been amazing! Jack is super calm and friendly but also gets you to work hard when you need to. He is so knowledgeable and you won’t get injured training with him as he is very careful to tailor the exercises to your abilities. The gym is easy to get to as a car park wich is a bonus in Reigate. Highly recommend Jack and Performance Elite!
