I am a companion/carer for the elderly and today I took a client of mine who has mobility issues into your branch. The service we receive whenever we visit is really good but today it was outstanding. Staff went out of their way to solve an issue she had. They made us both a cup of tea while they rallied round and sorted out her problem, making sure she was comfortably seated and safe. They took time to have a lovely chat with her and were just lovely. 'She was completely blown away and we both want to thank you all for being so attentive.

Not altogether happy since the takeover. The staff of the former Holmesdale Building Society who knew your face seem to have left and been replaced. There is perhaps less (much less) of a personal touch these days.
