Amazing Gym, Staff are always amazing and seem so personal. Since coming back from Corona they make sure the gym is very clean and a smaller number of people are in the gym, Last Friday, when it was only me and Sereana (one of the staff) in the Gym she showed me the basics of spinning which has made me feel more comfortable doing an actual class. Dan the Regional manager is really good at getting to know everyone and welcomes you like dear friends. The two lads Travis and Adam run excellent classes (Power bar being a strong favourite of mine) and are always around to help with posture on the resistance machines. Moving to a new area in this time was worrying but the gym has really looked after me and I feel healthier every time I go.

Dan and his team are excellent. I have been a member since day 1 and have always been looked after helping me with weight management as well as fitness. They have been especially good after bouts of illness in helping me to get my fitness back. Currently they are doing an outstanding job in protecting members with the appointment system and a very strong and thorough cleaning regime. I have under lying health conditions and have absolutely no concerns about attending now I have experienced both the gym and the studio post lock down and seen first hand the care and attention given to cleaning and member welfare.

I have been a member for over a year and this place is great. Friendly, helpful and caring. After lock down eased I started back at the gym a few weeks ago and every time I arrive and leave I see them cleaning. Classes are still going on but behind a shield and staff member has a visor on. Very good feel safe to work out

Great spin class this morning with Serena. Some new exercises and teaching points. Very motivational. Covid procedures are good.

Great gym, joined January 2020. Expert team and service. Back 2 weeks after lockdown and social distancing procedures are in place and work very well, book by appointment and very clean with sanitisers provided each time a go and cleaned by team before each session. Well done to all involved. Safe and clean all round.
