Tim's hands on support is great.... I would argue that he's NOT A CONSULTANT but an extension of the business who does things for you. A consultant would write a report after strategically thinking about it and allow you to try to put it in place. Tim strategically thinks about which approach would be best and then helps you to implement it so that you actually get the gains your business needs.
