I went to Rejuvenate health retreat wanting to draw a line in the sand after 2020, to refresh and reset. The juicing component was a new concept for me but I arrived with an open mind. It took a bit of getting used to, but the routine helped. The juices and nightly broth were delicious and packed with fresh fruit and veges. I did have a caffeine (lack of...) headache on day 2 and some lethargy but after day 3 I felt fantastic! There was constant support and info from Julie on food and life choices, meditation sessions. yoga, Pilates and walks around 130 acres. The pool, spa and sauna were fantastic and well used! The access to massage and facials were the icing on the cake. I will definitely do it again. I came home relaxed, recharged and ready for 2021. I have bought a juicer and am confident I will maintain some of the habits I started.

It was a very relaxing and healing experience for me. I have definitely seen measured improvement in my injury and pain levels. Having those few days to both focus on and let go of the tension and pain was priceless. Massage, juices, broth,... everything was great. Big thanks.
A wonderful experience!! Julie's gentle and approachable nature made the experience really comfortable. Julie and Vanessa were a great team! I loved the morning bush walks, yoga sessions and pool swims. It was a great way to bond with others on the retreat. I am very happy with my weight loss and feel so refreshed mentally and physically. The juice cleanse really helped my gut health and reduced inflammation, e.g, sinusitis relief. I am amazed with the physical benefits. After two days in, mentally I was more relaxed and my constant over-thinking just stopped. It was so nice to just focus on myself for a change and reduced the outside noise. The retreat was transformative. It exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling empowered, revived, and inspired to live my best healthy life. I thought I might struggle with 4 days of juice and broth, but to be honest I didn't feel hungry at all. We had so many options to relax and pamper ourselves, whether having a massage, nightly yoga and meditation, bushwalking, swimming, or just sitting quietly reading in the beautiful bush surroundings. We didn't have time to feel hungry! Julie was a wonderful calming and available presence, happy to help us on our health journey, without judgement or pressure. I would definitely consider making the retreat an annual break to help re-boot my health and exercise goals.
I went to Julie's Health Retreat in Hazeldene, Yarra Valley at the start of 2021 after a particularly tough year as I was feeling stressed, lost, and a general loss of confidence - and I never would of imagined that her 5 night retreat would have benefited me in the way it did - the program is well structured, a very friendly and relaxing vibe with various activities that help you reset. Julie is lovely and always willing to talk and offer her advice (not to mention her juices and dinner broths are amazing) I returned home feeling like a new man, relaxed, ALOT happier and with a new found purpose and I cannot thank her enough for that! You can take the 5 days at your own pace and enjoy the experience in a way that suits you - I would 10/10 recommend if you feel like getting away and resetting this is the place for you. I attended Julies 3 night retreat at hazeldene. It was an amazing getaway to rejuvenate and feel good about myself. Julie welcomed us with so much love and made me leave with an open mind and and open heart. I’ll definitely be doing it again. Your health and fitness program really got me out of my comfort zone and that is exactly what I needed. Thank you Julie I cannot thank you enough
I did a 3 day/4 night retreat with Julie and it was really special. I’ve never done a juice detox before, so it was challenging but ultimately transformative. I lost weight and more importantly, came home with my mind re-set, feeling positive about making some healthier life choices. Julie was a gentle and knowledgeable guide who offered us bush walks, yoga and plenty of space to unwind in the spa and sauna. I will definitely be coming back.
It’s a retreat that you learn so much about having only what you need to survive! It isn’t elaborate, it’s very simple but yet invigorating as you reconnect with just being enough! No fancy restaurant to keep you entertained, just wholesome juice, people and nature! Julie is a wonderful person to talk to, nothing pushed on to you. I loved it ! Can’t wait to do it again!
