I absolutely love the time I spent here! Sheryl is so sweet and she answers absolutely every question that you could ever need answered. She knew exactly where my pain centered from and had me feeling better than I have felt in months. I received a 30 minute massage from her as well as spent time in the Himalayan salt sauna. I had been sick with a knife for respiratory infection and I truly could breathe better and move better after my hours spent with her! I will definitely be back to receive more services.

From the moment I stepped into the spa I started feeling relaxed. The atmosphere and staff were warm and welcoming. I had the pleasure of experiencing a massage, a body wrap, and a facial with Sheryl. She was amazing!! I felt she listened to me when I explained my trouble areas which makes a huge difference in the massage. By the time I was done I floated out of there.
