Scheduled online through her website. Received a confirmation and reminder via text. A little difficult navigating the hallway of the building she is in, but it didn't take too long to locate her room. We discussed my problem areas and what caused them and she was thorough. I asked for deep pressure and without having to tell her to adjust, she naturally applied the right pressure to my difficult areas. She did an excellent job (I was able to crack my neck for the first time in 2 months!) She has great strength and stamina for a 90 minute massage. I was given a discount for booking my next appointment at the end of my session. Can't wait!

Be careful of doing business with this place! We had bought a gift certificate from the previous owner \ It's all about you day spa\ which were in agreement with \Relaxation at hand\ to honor one's gift certificate and now they won't. In my opinion, it's just another fly by night where they take your money but don't keep their word! ...Beware!
