I am so beyond upset with the lab. After I get my remaining cases back I will be moving forward with another lab. Beyond disappointed at this point. Highly recommend a different lab.

My appointment to have my implant put in was a disappointment because they lab had forgotten to put in the screw.....which is VERY necessary. My second appointment to put in the implant was today and the screw had arrived but there is too much space between the implant and the neighboring tooth so it has to be sent back.....I am very frustrated and stressed ......I think my dentist should find a more reliable lab.

My dental office said it would take up to two weeks for my implant to arrive. 3 1/2 weeks later, no implant and all I hear is it is out of their control since it's in the hands of the lab and they have no way to know when Reliable will get the work done. In the past when my regular dentist had a crown made it only took a couple of days. Very slow and no updates.

I would not recommend Reliable Lab's removable department. They over promise and under deliver. They would tell me the case would be back in certain time and it would come back much later. Communication is poor and delayed. Both my patients and myself are unhappy. The lab fee I was originally quoted and the amount I was billed for the case was significantly higher by over 1000 and I wasn't informed that it would be more than the original quoted lab fee per case. Go with another lab, I just saved you many headaches and patient upsets.
