Not professional at all. Rather Accepting their mistake, they love to blame customer. When I hired your services i am expecting you to handle everything about filing my taxes. you cant say that I didn't tell you at the time. its your job to make sure and ask questions. (Doctors never ask in OT room to patient which way i should cut you open, its their job. Drivers don't blame on passengers in case of accident.) Its your job and I didn't pay you for this MESSSSS Never gonna return back to you guys. Biggest Surprise is They are not Offering Any Solution to that. WOW!!!! (reply to owners reply) It was my First Year First time as Business Owner. I Started by telling you that I am a business owner and this is my business, and still you did not again ITS YOU WHO DIDNOT bother to ask about GST number. If I suppose to know everything then why would I pay you to do? You Did same to Other 5 people. so you are saying everyone is wrong but you? reallyyy!!!!!! Grow up and take responsibility. don't worry there are lots other to help and fix this.

Affordable and quick service, Mel is amazing. The other staff(cannot remember his name) made some mistakes on our files, but Mel caught the mistake before submission and we were notified by the email about correction. Receptionist not very friendly..she gets her jobs done but is not stella at customer service I find. Minus stars for that.
