My fabricator sent me to Reliance to pick the slab. I picked the slab (the slab on top of the lot was really nice so I picked it). The next business day I received a call from a competing fabricator with a price. He was given my name by Reliance. I informed him I was already working with another fabricator. I assumed Reliance made an honest mistake with my fabricator's name. When Reliance delivered the slab, it was not the slab I had chosen. Confirming on the Customer Selection Sheet I received from Reliance when I visited the warehouse, they only indicated the lot, and not the actual slab inventory number. The delivered slab was also scratched. My fabricator refused delivery and sent me to another slab supplier. If there was only mistake, I could say it was an honest mistake. But after the bait and switch (nice slab on top of the stack and then send me a lesser quality slab), i'm not so sure this is an honest supplier.

Roj Baraj is the \manager\ but has no clue how to manage and has \0\ customer care skills! The stone is not delivered 2 weeks later and Roj tells me that I am not a customer... Out Fabricator is :)) Ridiculous.

Horrible place, 2 weeks after the payment - no delivery!!! Terrible customer service! At the place we were told the stones are delivered in 2 days, in reality - they need to receive a check from the fabricator, then they wait until the check is cleared (2 weeks!!!) and then they schedule the 2 day delivery of the stone to the fabricator. So, if you are planning to get your kitchen or a fireplace ready - thing again, it might be ready but not sooner then 2-3 weeks after you chose the stone.

After visiting many different places and getting the run around and not being able to find a stone we liked, we found Reliance. From the minute we walked in they couldn't have been more warm and welcoming. Ben who helped us was knowledgeable and patient helping us understand the difference between the materials and helping us find the stone we really wanted. My wife was ecstatic with our stone and I couldn't be happier with Reliance.
