Where do I begin... Prior to working with Carol, my boyfriend and I worked with three other Realtors that were not very helpful and made us feel as though they were doing us a favor by helping us look at properties. When Carol reached out to us, we didn't expect much based on our previous experience, but we were wrong! Carol instantly learned what we were looking for in a home and went above and beyond to help us find our exactly what we wanted! She gained our trust and confidence with her thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a property, Carol would analyze the home and shared potential problems in detail; commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. She never once pressured us to submit an offer. Carol was very patient and understanding. When we viewed the property that checked all of our boxes, it was way above our price range therefore we did not submit an offer at first. She again, demonstrated the love and passion she has for her job and clients by doing her researched on the property and advised us on submitting an offer. A few days later we ended up putting an offer on that property all because of her confidence and can do attitude! Long story short, they accepted our offer and we are a week away from closing on our dream home. We worked with Carol for over a month and she has become more than just a Realtor to us, she is now one of our good friends and will absolutely use her in the future. Carol is one of a kind! I highly recommend her!
