But Peter prevailed , he gave me the best customer support and really took the time to explain the issues to me. Im now a happy gamer and my pc is running better then ever!

I gave Peter my data to recover after a Microsoft update wiped my computer. While he was able to recover my data, the data was ultimately lost permanently. While I can appreciate accidents happen, it took me months of following up and many messages, texts and phone calls to get an answer as to what actually happened. I rate them poorly not for their mistake but for there lack of professionalism in handling the issue.
