The problem is that they only speak French here and do not make any effort to make sure the order is correct. It started very well with a polite welcome and quick service of the menu. Also the drinks were very quick to arrive. However the waitress seemed to have a difficulty with the question for medium rare for the steaks we wanted. She did leave and we did not think about it anymore. The steaks that arrived some 15 minutes later were well done. Upon saying something about this it all went very bad. She said, this was medium in Belgium. I showed here a picture of the different names for cooking steaks and asked if I could switch mine. We only asked for one of the steaks to be switched as we felt sorry for the misunderstanding. The waitress went away without confirming or denying to request. After 5 minutes I went inside to check with her about what was going to happen. Again she left without saying anything to me and went to the chef. He then came slightly outside the kitchen and started yelling in French and I could understand one word, which was LEAVE. I went back to my girlfriend to tell her that I would get up and leave without paying in 5 minutes if nobody would come to the table. We instead decided to tell the waitress we would only pay for one steak using Google Translate. She nodded and went away. We ate one steak which was very dry, ate some fries and went to the bar to pay. The only reason I give 2 stars is because she said that we didn't have to pay for anything. Only come here if you speak French.

A nice and cozy place. The staff is friendly and the meal was delicious. For some meat you can choose between several sauces. The Belgian fries which just came by were great. I'd love to visit this place again!
Overcooked duck, unimaginative salads with the main course, it was ok but for that price I expect more.
Endroit calme et magnifique, convivialité au rendez vous ..nous y étions hier soir en famille, un service impeccable, un repas tant copieux que délicieux ..de l entrée au dessert, tout était parfait..je recommande vivement ce restaurant et nous y retournerons avec certitude... Al bij aankomst niet erg vriendelijk ontvangen, ondanks er wel gereserveerd was. Er wordt geen engels (alleen frans) gesproken /verstaan waardoor contact heel moeilijk plaats vindt. Sommige dingen die we hadden besteld hebben we nooit gekregen, na heel lang wachten kregen we eindelijk ons eten, waar de qualiteit niet al te best van was. Ten slotte was het heel duur. Zeker als je geen Frans spreekt, moet je hier niet willen eten!
Fijne, nette zaak met vriendelijke dames. Lekker eten met dagverse producten bereid. Fijn welkom met een klein wachtbordje om zalig te genieten buiten op het terras in een prachtige streek.
Basic, kitscherig intérieur, maar lekker eten met verse producten! En, voor de verandering, voldoende frisse groentjes! En dit alles voor een democratische prijs, kortom een aanrader!
Lekker eten! Mooie schotels porties ruim voldoende! Goeie prijs/kwaliteit
