I was only looking for some extra hours and she managed to find me work on my available time straight away, on the same week and on some of the most prestigious hotels in London. The worst agency i have ever worked. They have got only 3 clients in hospitality and only preferable one is Roosewood. They didn't pay my holiday pay fully. Finally, during lockdown, when every agency was supporting by furlough their temporary staffs, they didn't even communicate me. I tried to get in touch but neither Isabella nor Nelson replied me.

Decent agency but they send me to locations that I specifically ask not to be sent to. Also, their pay is too low and they are extremely persistent. Sorry, not sorry, but calling people 5am in the morning every day is NEVER acceptable, ever. In fact it is incredibly annoying. I also remember the workers at Ham Yard saying that they don't like this agency and that's hardly surprising. I recommend going to an agency that allows YOU to pick YOUR own shifts instead, it's far more convenient.
Amazing hospitality agency, perfect for who is looking for flexibility! I have worked a multitude of different roles and have worked at some of the most prestigious venues in London, even attended some VIP events, which were my favourite. The team is reliable, supportive and always easy to communicate with.
