Ordered a hitch for my 2020 Rav 4 the week before Thanksgiving. I was told it would be in the following Tuesday. Mike Washburn was the salesman. Waited patiently and called Saturday the 5th. The person who answered said he'd check s and call me right back. No call back. I hope it arrives someday and they enjoy it. Lousy service.

The Next Adventure

I have been to this place twice and both times the guy behind the counter has an attitude. Needs to take a CE class. There are other places that treat customers better with less chip on the shoulder type of attitude.
