We moved in a week ago and, so far, are pleased with the location, customer service, and amenities. Within 72 hours of moving in, all 4 of our preliminary maintenance requests were completed. We've had our share of hiccups, but the staff is quick and accommodating. I'll update this as we have new/different feedback! A word of caution to anyone reading reviews for apartment complexes: most people forget to leave reviews when they have a good experience.

I personally had a very poor experience. I paid the 200 admin fee which is extremely high for just a background and credit check. I got denied and told for criminal reasons but when I check the email they cant disclose anything. So I called to get clarity and all they did was pass me around a bunch of numbers. Nice bait and switch if you ask me

Moved in 4 days ago and no one did a walkthrough with us. Upon entering the apartment we saw Roaches running across the floor and noticed tape all over the tub and shower. Called leasing office and have not heard from anyone as of yet. Sent emails left phone calls ans no response. Had to discard food due to Roaches, a new tenet should never have this experience.

I tried applying and just wanted to view that actual place I was applying for. I had an appointment set to view the apartment, and when I got there they said it was not ready to view because it was too dirty. I said okay and they said they would give me a call later that day to schedule a new appointment. They never called me back so I called the next day to try to schedule a viewing and then Johnathan said he would give me a call back after he talked with his manager. They never called back. So then I called the next day and then another person tells me that the apartment I was trying to view is no longer available. My mind was blown. It's like nobody actually cares about people there. They strung me along for over a week and then started to get rude with me and then hung up the phone. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. All I was trying to do is give you guys money and rent a place!!!

Take my advice and the rest of the poor reviews and do yourself a favor and keep your 200 if your money is important to you. Only apply here if you have money to throw away and don’t actually need a place to stay because you will not be a priority to these people!
