BEWARE OF GIVING THEM MONEY UNLESS YOU'RE OKAY WITH LOSING IT OVER THEIR MISTAKE! There was a mistake made with leasing and I wasn’t aware that I was applying for an apartment that had already been applied for. Instead of trying to rectify this situation the leasing office told me to wait and see if the other person didn’t get it. They refused to return my application fees. I would never have applied if I knew I was second in line. Still haven’t heard anything from them and it’s been days. They don’t pick up the phone. Had a flippant attitude about THEIR mistake. I was honestly taken by the property but felt this mistake/fraud was not handled correctly. This doesn’t bode well for future interactions if I did want to lease.

The maintenance support is horrible. They will tell you a bold face lie about resolving your concern in a timely manner. Today is 01.24.21 and I have been waiting since early December 2020 to have an issue with my patio door not closing resolved. I have called and submitted maintenance request on numerous occasions about this single issue. The maintenance supervisor had me to stay home twice only for the no one to come by or even call. This complex's attention to detail is miserable!!! I would not recommend this complex to anyone. They charge premium rates and provide horrible support.

I walked in today to view a two bedroom apartment but the agent said someone was already viewing it if I can probably come back.... it shouldn’t take long to view an apartment so she’s just not interested in helping her company lease.

Keyora Dixon is very positive over the phone or in person.I like that fact that she answers my Calls and has empathy for any situation.She never seems to get impatient when I continually have to call for Something and she makes sure my messages get to the right person.She has even emailed me off the clock just to give me a response:) Thanks !
