Excellent service from experienced staff.
Very poor customer service skills. Did not get impression that they cared about my purchase or if I was satisfied. Equipement needed service on first day of ownership. Will not do business with this place again.
Poor customer care and same costly problems recurring every time with the tractor. When I email the manager to complain about it he sent me a not so nice return email, calling me a fake because I didn't include my invoice number in the email. I just want my tractor back in working order I was left no other chose than to take my tractor someplace else to be repaired.
I like these guys good honest folks work here pleasant to talk to always helpful. Bit pricey but no cheap knockoffs to be found at this shop.
