Always love Walmart. The Walmart in Ottawa that is around the train station were very friendly. Especially this one cashier. He is black and sounds like he came from Jamaica. He gives the most beautiful compliments to me and i am a 62 year old woman. It was something i never had expected from a cashier at Walmart. He should be given one of their stars if they still do that. It is too bad that i did not get his name.

The staff are friendly But they need to get the rules with the virus right Last week you couldn't put your products on the cash belt until you were told to Today the customer behind me went ahead and put their grocery on the belt before I was finished Asked a manager which was the rule and why the cashier didn't ask the customer to wait The response was the cashier is not to say anything to the customer if they start putting product on the belt If it's the person who is directing people in the line to tell them then they need to pay attention to the customers ! Seems they change the rules from day to day Poor customer service

Pick up was great as usual but placing the order online this time was where we ran into a problem. When speaking with a customer service agent to inquire how we could change the credit card for payment to another card 24 hours before pick up we were told that the only way we could do that was to cancel our large order and start over. We decided that was too much trouble and used the original credit card for payment.
