I was very Impressed from the first phone call, as no quicker I had explained that I needed to sell my property that the agent came round the very next day. Renown first went through our needs, so as i guess to thoroughly understand what we required from them, then they took a series of excellent photos of our property, and put them on their website along other with other sites to sell our property. Even though we are outside the Cramlington area, I was surprised at the immediate response of potential buyers for our property, and had people view the very next day. We were able to sell our 3 bed that very same day, based on the quality of the potential buyers, as Renown had taken the time to understand that we only wanted interested parties, as Renown had helped us to price our property in order to get the right type buyer. There was however an issue with our buyer, due to us waiting for our new build to finished being built, and Renown went above and beyond, in my opinion, to reassure the buyer and ensure that they still purchased our property, purely because the agent fully understood what was going on, as they kept in contact with myself throughout the entire sales process. I would thoroughly recommend Renown to anyone in the market looking to buy or sell a property, as I certainly will be.

**BEWARE** I rented for just under two years with Renown and would never ever use them again. They always seem helpful on the phone if you need help or have queries but they NEVER follow anything up in writing so that they can suddenly forget or change what they've said at any moment - normally to charge you lots of additional fees. Totally unprofessional company, led by Paul who is just horrid to deal with. Avoid if you can!
