After a miscommunication, we sent one of our employees to pickup a part needed for our forklift rent a lift has serviced for years. The part was not in stock so to compensate for our driver coming home empty handed the owner removed the part needed from one of their own forklifts and sent it overnight to us. This was well handled by their ownership and staff and followed through with exceptional service. We immediately called back to thank them and schedule future service of our equipment. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else after this experience and the level of service they were willing to provide. Little gestures go a long way and we will be a life long customer because of this.

Easy to work with, and reasonable rates. Website prices seem to be out of date, so always confirm over the phone or in-person. If you do business with them, ask for Chris Napolitano. He'a the most knowledgable.

Spoke with Ed the owner . He couldn't help me with an immediate need but he found me another provider and that worked out great. Ed and Rent-a Lift will be our companies first call on lift and lift truck rentals from here on out. From owner to owner . Its more people like you that the world needs.
