AVOID AVOID AVOID Trust me as a landlord for over 15 years with 12 properties, avoid this company, there are many others who offer a cheaper and more efficient service, paid for same day guarantee priority service, got references 3-4 days later with no apologies or refund for the express service, then had the cheek to pursue me for payment 1 year later for monies already paid to them, no apologies and no follow up confirmation that its all been sorted.

I have always vetted my agency properties via Rentchecks & they never fail to protect us. Had a problem with 1 tenant who lost her job due to Covid issues & this company covered the rent in full until we found a replacement. Recently found out that Rentchecks manage properties on behalf of the Royal family so I suppose there is no better recommend than that !!
