The main nurse who gives the shots told me in the beging that my medical records were not her priorty. Not something you should tell a new patient. Since medical records are important to have is how you get to know important info about about a patient. Like their medical history for one ect.

This review is solely based off of Julia's help who scheduled my mom and aunts appointment. She went above and beyond to get us in. She was so kind and patient. The clinic that put in the referrals made a mistake multiple times and I called multiple time to schedule. Julia called and got everything straightened out and got the appointments made on the same day like I asked. She was extremely thorough and kind. She had to call me back 2 or 3 times and was just too kind. She is amazing! She asked how I wanted the information mailed to me and answered all my questions. Best customer service I have had in a long time! I hope ger superiors see this review and recognize how great of an asset she is!

calling to make an appt, was on the phone for 15mins, no one answered then it went to voicemail, left a message to call back but not heard anything for few days then i called again. this time was waiting for 10 mins to make appt, finally had made an appt, someone there said will send paper work home but never received anything. will try to find a different clinic in the future.

Today my fiancée came home and told me that the nurse told him to call her nurse ratchet. This nurse has been making sexual advancement to him when it will be just him and my daughter. His last visit, she had said to him that next time when he comes she will tell him a joke in the back...wink wink. I am in the medical field and I would never ever tell a patient to call me nurse ratchet. I don’t know what kind of person who will risk her license for some action with a black male patient. His last visit, he lad asked me to come with him because he was uncomfortable with her. I accompanied him and she was professional. Now yesterday visit wasn’t as pleasant. I need this nurse to be reprimanded by her supervisor. Furious patient’s fiancée
