Well a bit skeptical . They took over some problem properties in Kirkland this month and I cannot find actual e-mails for the Allied staff I want to contact. My mother lives in one of them. They did though deal with No HOT WATER the first day and did a nice job getting hot water back as fast as I think possible.

If this place could get zero stars, it deserves maybe less then that. Don’t move here. They don’t answer the phone, the children are loud and the parents don’t hardly discipline. Rude neighbors, definitely a highly wicked environment, very oppressive, children yell right outside your front door. Disrespectful to personal property, trash is always a mess, and Venessa the Fairwood manager is rude and very unprofessional. Her quote, “Jacob if you don’t like it here then move out”. Move somewhere else.

The only thing I can say is someone is using their name to try to scam me with a fake check on Craigslist. I really don't know anything about the company. I can't really rate them. I never used them for anything.

I have lived in north hill apartment for 8 years I never have any problem I pay my rent on time I wanted to move out I did all by their book and moved out I give my forward address so that if they want to contact me by the way I moved into the same company that managed north hill apartment called allied residential management 28 days later I received a letter stating that I owe 135 dollar for cleaning fee I have paid security deposit of 300 instead of paying me back 175 not only that they are not going to take any payment from me I can only pay to the collection agency I called the North Hill apartment manager and asked him why this happened he told me that he didn't write that letter it is the corporate office that wrote the letter I called the corporate office more than 20 times nobody answer I called the collection agency to pay the 135 so that I can save my credit they told me that I was not in their system I drove down to corporate office and asked them why do they did this to me their answer was if you owe more than 100 they will send it straight to collection I even pay 135 to North Hill apartment the next day after I get that later they didn't stop the collection agency finally the collection agency got my information and they charged me 137 how desperate are you to put me in this situation if I know what I know now I wouldn't have moved to a property managed by the same company to make things worst the apartment that I'm in now is called willington place apartment I like the apartment maintenance is a joke so if you care for your credit this is not the right place for you they haven't referred my money till today even though I paid them two times for them to send me to collection it took them maybe 20 days but to pay me back they don't even think about it this is how much greedy company is

I worked for Allied about 15 years ago and just came back this year. This is a great company, not a corporation and you are treated like a member of the family. Tons of support, training and appreciation given from the corporate staff. I'm glad that I left for the experience of working for a large corporation but I'm really happy to be back with a company that knows and values all of their employees at a more personal level.
