Poor service. I stopped in for lunch and a guy came from the back and I asked if they did slices and he said no and I said ok and was willing to order a pizza but he turned around and walked off. After a few minutes I got his attention and asked him what kind of a wait time they had and he said 20-25 minutes which was fine and I was thinking he would take my order. Nope, he turned around and walked off again so i walked out. Really poor customer service, period.

2/21/21 UPDATE: The store has read my review and has fixed it. They delivered the pizza by leaving outside the door and called me to let me know. As usual, excellent food. THANK YOU!!!! Wear the darn mask. No complaints about the food. My gripe is about their delivery. I specifically mentioned contact less delivery and requested pizza to be dropped off at the door. The delivery guy promptly calls me and requests me to open the door and hands me the pizza and he did not wear a mask. This is the second time I am having this experience.

I traveled into Seattle for work this week, no hotel food available and the Doubletree Staff recommended Crown Pizza when I asked. I ordered the Greek Pizza and it was awesome! Easy to order online and got it delivered to my hotel room door less than 45 minutes! Wings were really good too!
Just got my delivery from Uber eats. Ordered 5 cheesecake pieces and juice. They put 5 FROZEN cheesecakes and no juice. It’s not that driver’s fail, because if they can put 5 pieces of HARD FROZEN CHEESECAKE obviously they can forget to put that juice into the bag.
First experience was great, second was okay. Pizza isn't anything special but their Greek salad and gyro were really good!
Great for late night pizza. I’ve never had an issue using my Entertainment book coupons.
