Oil change
They are not only inept, but malicious. Within an hour of my oil change, my 2015 Honda Fit started making a strange noise. Turns out, the splash shield beneath the engine was suddenly loose and bouncing against the road as I drove. They literally destroyed part of my car to change the oil. They HAD TO have known this happened. My wife and I now have no way of either dropping off or picking up our daughter from daycare. Avoid these buffoons (or thieves) at all costs.

I never seem to have any trouble when I go to this location, they always seem to know what they're doing at this place. I don't always need the other things that is recommended, but it is appreciated all the same.
Perfect experience, no idea what others are on about. My service code said Engine, trans, and diff fluid, and I didn't want to bother with it. They were completely honest and up front about partial vs. full synth, my choice, told me trans fluid could last a bit but might as well do it, and said they didn't need to touch the diff oil at all. Overall, price-wise is comparable to Greg's or Bucky's, etc., so about 1/2 of dealership prices, and the work was seriously on par with dealership quality. My favorite part was the guys doing the work weren't poorly supervised novices. These guys were good people, knew what they were doing, and were timely to boot. Any job I'm too lazy to do will be getting done here.
Good prices and fast service but they also go above and beyond. Went in for an oil change but had a bad battery terminal (I knew about it but hadn't got around to fixing it). They swapped it out for a new one and only charged me for 1/10th an hour's labor, unlike a lot of other garage's that would have charged a full hour regardless. Will definitely send anyone I know to Gary's
I really enjoy this place. They have been around forever and provide quality oil changes. They even topped off other fluids free of a charge. Simple, and they don't try and upsell you like other places. Very polite.
Great job but it is not fair business practice to charge for synthetic oil without approval...it costs extra, then you quote a price for air filter and cabin filter but then the price is higher. Overall I spent 60 for things I would not have approved. UNFAIR and I will never be back at that place.
Fast, great service, friendly people. Not the hard sell, on synthetic oil or unnecessary air filter changes like Jiffy Lube does. If your air filter is really dirty they'll ask you about it, but no pressure. I also like that they have cameras above and below each of their 2 service bays. I've been going here for years and if I'm having my car serviced on Saturday I'll drive 10 miles from my house (past the Jiffy Lube down the street and other oil change places). Highly recommended.
