The most unprofessional establishment on the Landing. Their food is pretty good, but the food does not justify the disrespect their crew members gave me. I, an American citizen, deserve the right to be treated with respect. Clearly, both Jade and Athena (crew members of this restaurant) do not understand the basic rights of respect. When I walked into the restaurant, I was not greeted at all. I was watching them talk to each other and Jade rudely stopped to grab a bowl to make my order. She made it seem like it was the hardest task in the world to make a customers order. It took 2 minutes to get my order started when there was NO ONE in the restaurant. The girl Jade was the one who was serving me, the whole time I thought that she shouldn’t have had an attitude with me if she was going to look like her lashes were going to fly out of her face and join the pigeons outside. When she was making my order, she had an attitude that I felt was unnecessary and could not even look at me when making my order. Not only that, but when I went to check out she threw my food on the counter and did not say “have a nice day”, “goodbye”, or anything. It was a very awkward and rude situation that I encountered here that makes me want to take my money else where. I really should’ve gone to wing stop, they wings are the best and their customer service is top notch.

Our server took great care of me during my difficult indecisiveness of what toppings I wanted as there's so many to choose from. I ended up going with the Hawaiian marinated tuna and salmon. The food was so fresh and made to order, it's literally made right in front of your eyes. The staff were abiding by the covid regulations with masks and gloves. I would most definitely return here again if and when in the area.

Quantity issue. I compared my bowl to other peoples online just to make sure I wasn't just imagining things. I ordered a \large bowl\ and below is what I got vs. other customer portions. This is what I got? It came with 9 bay shrimp, tofu, and barely a quarter cup of sari-mi crab salad on a pinch of greens. I've been to the Issaquah location and my salad and protein portions are double this size. I requested a partial refund and it was granted as my bowl was half full.

Ingredients were alright. Fish tasted pretty decent, but your rice was undercooked to the point of being borderline crunchy. For the cost, I expect much better quality and attention to such a key ingredient. Get your rice game right.

Love the poke but had an awkward experience. I got my food and sat down at a table to eat. There were no signs on the table saying not to sit there. There was another person sitting at a table when we arrived so I thought it was fine. After taking a bite of food an employee immediately came over and abruptly told us off that they didn’t allow dine-in. Apparently the person who was sitting at another table was an employee (how were we supposed to know?) She made me feel like we were in trouble or trying to break the rules. I’m not an anti-masker. I just didn’t realize they don’t allow dine-in (it’s clear on google maps, I didn’t check this before going because I order delivery from here all the time so I knew it was open). It’s fine, I’m happy to comply with safety regulations and I wear a mask everywhere. If there’s signage about this policy I didn’t see it (I was focused on trying to figure out the menu). It just made for a really awkward lunch experience. I’ll just get delivery from now on, the poke is always good.
