I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother that went through the bankruptcy. I had a lot of hands-on with the process, and to be honest, it felt like there wasn't much work my mom or I had to do. James and his crew took care of everything, and they just asked for more paperwork to be dropped off when there was additional information needed. I was very skeptical and lost at where to turn to, but after be suggested by others and reading reviews, I pointed my mom toward James. Since I was very unsure of the process and nervous doing something like this for the first time, my mom and I had a notebook full of questions. He took his time with us, and even stayed late to continue answering questions. Aside James, Mary was extremely helpful. Many times, I had to drop off more paperwork at sporadic times, and she was very patient and understanding. She was able to answer any questions my mom or I had, and she was very thorough while making sure we were comfortable with everything. Usually I like to give a good balance of pros and cons to reviews, but the experience as a whole has been very positive, and I don't have anything bad to say. If I knew anyone else, friend or relative, that gets stuck in a situation like this as well, I will definitely recommend James and his team. [TL;DR] Pros: 1. Multiple locations throughout WA, north and south. 2. James himself is very busy, but even if he is, Mary is always there to answer questions and gives very helpful information representing him. 3. Court was a breeze based off my mom's description. She didn't have to do anything for the most part. 4. Mary allowed me to do unscheduled paperwork drop-offs with no hassles. 5. Very low stressed service: they did most of the work and the relief from being debt free is priceless. Cons: 1. Process took a little longer than was estimated, but was still not stretched to where it was frustrating.

I contacted his office for my chapter 7 filing and was pleased with his office assistant Mary and Lisa for helping me through this process. They both were there to help with all my question and assist me with understanding the bankruptcy papers i needed to fill out. Mr MaGee took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and I completely unerstood the pros and cons of what I was doing before he filed my bankruptcy.
